Our helpdesk is open as usual through the public holidays

Our helpdesk will be staffed throughout the holiday period, including Christmas day, Boxing day and New Years day. We will have reduced staffing on the public holidays, so it may take a little bit longer to reply to any support or product verification queries, depending on the volume received.
