A delicious and simple pasta salad with Tofurky Slow Roasted Chick’n and vegan parmesan cheese.
This recipe takes about 10 minutes to prepare.
Serves 2 people
Ingredients
1/2 cup Tofurky Slow Roasted Chick’n, diced
1/3 cup Green Vie Vegan Parmesan Cheese, diced
1 cup cooked macaroni
1 cup diced cucumber
1 cup diced carrot
2/3 cup diced tomato
2/3 cup corn kernels
* The Tofurky Slow Roasted Chick’n can be substituted for any cooked mock chicken style meat. The Green Vie Vegan Parmesan Cheese can be substituted for any vegan parmesan cheese.
Instructions
1. dice all ingredients except the corn.
2. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
3. Add your favourite salad dressing to taste. We use a balsamic vinaigrette.
